2017 Event Categories & Prizes

The age categories and prizes are as follows:

Ages 7-10 competition
– 9 holes Stableford, mixed competition
– Blue Tees
– If you have a handicap please include it on your entry form. If you have not got a handicap you will be given one on the day.
– Maximum handicap is 27 for 9 holes
– Prizes: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Ages 11-14 Boys competition
– 18 holes
– Best Nett Score
– White tees
– Maximum handicap 36
– Prizes: 1st, 2nd and Best Gross
– Special Prize: FREE entry for the Highest Placed qualifying Boy (under 14 on January 1st 2017)
into the North of England Junior Open Stroke-Play Championship to be held at South Moor Golf Club 2-4 August 2017 – PLEASE NOTE the handicap limit at South Moor will be 20

Ages 11-14 Girls competition
– 18 holes
– Best Nett
– Red tees
– Maximum handicap 36
– Prizes: 1st, 2nd and Best Gross
– Special Prize: FREE entry for the Highest Placed qualifying Girl (under 14 on January 1st 2017)
into the North of England Junior Open Stroke-Play Championship to be held at South Moor Golf Club 2-4 August 2017 – PLEASE NOTE the handicap limit at South Moor will be 30

Ages 15-18 Boys competition
– 18 holes
– Best Nett
– White tees
– Maximum handicap 36
– Prizes: 1st, 2nd and Best Gross

Ages 15-18 Girls competition
– 18 holes
– Best Nett
– Red tees
– Maximum handicap 36
– Prizes: 1st, 2nd and Best Gross

– A £10 entry fee to be donated to The Finlay Cooper Fund is payable via bank transfer to the following account – Sort Code 11 03 61 Bank Account 12479461
– ***PLEASE QUOTE YOUR CHILDS NAME AS THE REFERENCE ON THE BANK TRANSFER***

– Tee times will be emailed to you after the closing date and will be online at www.graemestorm.co.uk & www.dykehousecollege.com & will also be printed in The Northern Echo on Wednesday 5th April 2017
